Mission

  • To help patients recover from pain and injury in order to return to the active lifestyles that they enjoy by utilizing current techniques such as Active Release Techniques, treatment of the fascial system, and corrective exercises. I believe strongly in promoting wellness, preventing injury, and educating my patients by providing them with the information they need to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
