To be a friendly face that patients can rely on to responsibly and accurately complete tasks on their behalf (i.e. booking appointments, paperwork, etc).
As a young athlete with many injuries, I always admired the work of the staff in physiotherapy clinics. It is my mission to give back to the community and provide a positive experience to those who are recovering from all types of pain and injuries.
